Liberating Working Dads!

Liberating Working DadsWe are very excited to start a fun series next week. It’s all about the dads! You know, those working dads because they deserve a voice too!  And I bet we’ll find that we have similar struggles as they do.

This idea was spurred on by a New York Times Article, Am I A ‘Working Dad?‘ plus some behind the scenes chatter by the LWM crew members.  I know as I look at my husband, he goes through a lot of the same emotions I do as a working mom, and as I read that New York Times piece I felt like these dads need more of a voice a place to chat about it. So since we are in the business of trying to liberate all the working mommas, let’s give dads a space here to feel liberated themselves.

We’ve got 9 dads on board. Yep, that’s NINE!  We’ve got daddy bloggers plus some of the LWM crew husbands will be chiming in.  They are:

So every Wednesday, over the next 2+ months, we’ll be featuring one of these dads and I hope you can welcome them to our space with open arms!  And if you have any working daddy bloggers you’d like to see featured here, let us know in the comments section and we’ll be sure to reach out to them.
