How many me’s do I see?
One-two, One-two-three.
(Is three two too many?)
Working me, married me,
Driving-in-a-car,
Mommy me, daughter me,
Living-near-and-far.
How many me’s do you see?
Four-five-six-seven-eight.
Which me do you appreciate?
Calm me, centered me,
Living scream-free,
Writing me, Loving me,
Laughing-with-my-family.
How many me’s do we see?
Eight-nine, Eight-nine-ten.
They’re all me, back and again.
Anxious-pleased-brave-bold-kind,
Improving-moving-running-behind,
Insecure-smart-sad-insufficient,
Falling-apart-and-very-with-it.
The many me’s, there all the time.
Stop counting. Stop naming.
We’re all just fine.

Love this!!
